It’s simply the fact that their whole tone changed. The sarcasm from the lady in the back and the guilt trip attempt from the others was just not necessary regardless of who or what position someone is in. It’s simply the lack of baseline communication, empathy, and professionalism. The guy with the camera was more professional than the others but even then the point still stands.
