idk, my xm5 work perfectly 3000 hours in. the hinge broke once yeah but I fixed it for like 20$ ? all the electronics work perfectly tho

My xm5’s hinge snapped a few months ago after having them for two years. After a lot of pushback I thankfully got a replacement and they gave me the xm6 for free! Loving the xm6

Yep had so many issues with my xm5s I’ve switched over to the Bose qc ultras as that parts made of metal and they’re going strong so far
