No shoe will be comfortable if you haven’t broken them in and walk the same distances regularly before your vacation.

Idk girl, I wore them literally up and down 700 stairs in London, and clocked 11-17 miles a day and never felt better. Did you get the wrong size or something.

They worked great for me. I was shocked how comfy they were without even breaking them in.

This is why you should never take shoe recommendations. All feet are different. I try on all the shoes and finds ones that work for my feet. I’m an asics gel devotee. They are the best for my feet but someone else may hate them.

you can wear practically any shoe if they’re broken in enough! i’ve worn converse, adidas spezials and gazelles, NB 550, reebok club, even doc martins

Are they the right size? Your feet swell about a half size when you’re on them for a while

My recommendation is changing your shoes out from one day to the next. I mean, obviously start with a comfy pair, but I’m convinced it’s just your feet aren’t used to walking that much so it doesn’t matter what shoes you wear if you only wear one pair the whole time they’re gonna hurt. I don’t believe there’s a 1 pair only solution.

I hated them. They were awful for wide feet. New balance 547 saved my life.

Okay, been on long euro vacations 5x in the past few years (14k-25k steps a day) and am very prone to sore feet. The only shoes that have worked for me: Teva Rowena boots; Merrell Tempo Sol hiking shoe (worn as sneakers), timberland Clairemont way fisherman sandals, and golas w/ insoles added to them. Sized up .5-1 size in all.

Mine were perfect for long days in France and disneyland Paris, two weeks of 15+miles a day and my feet didn’t hurt. I wore my shoes for about a month before my trip. They get dirty fast and are hard to clean!
