The yellow lines are broken in places! Surely that makes any prosecution invalid!!

Towing cost and collection probably still cheaper than finding a car park to park in for the day

Another one in the auction lot. Ive litterally watched ppl park outside the savoy, watch it get taken away and go around the corner to the ferrari dealer and drive off in a new one

Don't see the problem! Perhaps if parking didn't cost a quintillion pounds for 5 minutes people wouldn't park illegally. 😅

Oh the city is in so much trouble now. That parking spot was promised to him 3000 years ago. This action is very anti-symmetric.

Marc Tufano :
The story behind the red & double yellow lines is very interesting, they were the invention of a Tory MP named Earnest Marples, as Tory Minister For Transport 1950’s & 60’s he also created the offence of drink driving, for which he was later convicted, along with a very serious conviction for embezzlement of millions in UK government funds, allocated to him for new roads and maintenance. Earnest Marples MP died in disgrace Monoco having fled the country and his stolen government money was never recovered.
