It is true but this toothpaste has a low percentage of it in higher percentages it does it way quicker but lower amounts take extremely slow

The only good thing about this tooth paste is it taste good. It does not regrow your teeth or fix them. For me it has made my teeth worse. They hurt more they are way more sensitive. And now I have a bad tooth that I have to have pulled.

it cannot regrow teeth it can remineralize teeth that are not impacted yet and there's no obvious signs of actual cavity so if you have any pits scratches or soon to be cavities that don't show any brown or black spots on them then yes it can help those teeth but if you already have a cavity it's not going to do anything for it you have to go to a dentist and get that addressed.
