Surely weigh the parcel with the brick in and compare that to the weight when they weighed it at the post office which is on your sending receipt.

the seller didn't miss out. It literally says... as for you in your Vinted balance withing (bot can't spell) a few hours you will see a full compensation of £400 or the missing item. The seller was compensated. You might want to edit your video 🙈🙈

I’ve received an empty box with no item inside it. So many dodgy people on vinted it’s unbelievable! Think my item went missing during certification. The investigation is still pending.

It’s disgusting it’s just happened to me. I actually ended up emailing vinted. But they sided with the buyer I sent pictures of the item and different stages of the packaging. No support at all for sellers. I’m seriously thinking of closing my account.

We have a lot of cases in Sweden were Vinted don't send money to the sellers, the freezes thier account and some sellers were Vinted destroyed thier clothes instead of send it back to seller 🤷♂️

I always send the buyer a picture of the parcel at the evri counter with the label on and say item sent. that way they can see it's been sent in excellent condition

Best thing to do is to package the item with a specific taper seal. Take picture and videos of the parcel. Then if they attempt this you can prove the tamper seal was broke etc

We sold a sofa on eBay our own personal Courier delivered it two days later they claim they hadn't received the item so we found the girl on Facebook and Lawn Hall. Some other Facebook pictures showed the sofa in her front room. We still lost the case through Ebay because they're only ever believe the buyers.

always protect the buyer it's easier to just give back the money and claim the seller is at fault this is how some scammers operate on PayPal because they do the same thing
