I ~hate~ mod cardio....but its a morning stable - 15 incl. 6 speed. 30min 41o calories fasted DAILY. excluding later day Calisthenics routines. Cardio....🙄

You get toned from strength training, not from cardio. A combination works, but cardio alone won’t get you toned

Any H.I.I.T exercises can produce same results including on bike, stairs etc. Treadmill interval training especially on non impact absorbing treadmills (majority at cheap gyms) are detrimental to your skeletal health and increase spine degeneration especially paired with thin sole gym shoes and bad gait etc.
