Chakra UI is also pretty neat. It’s component based but also quite configurable with the inline props. Super fast and convenient for React apps.

Personally, I'm not a fan. There's something you lose with Tailwind. It's like the styles tag but with more problems.

Used both bootsrap & tailwind and ditched them about 2-3 years ago after I switched to Material UI. MUI gets u best of both worlds and alot more (great component library, themeing, easier to read/less messy inline styling through SX prop, icons, etc). Never looked back
