My doctor told me beetroot does not help u with anemia since it barely contains iron in it and advised organic black yemeni raisins “seedless” with lemon or orange blended with it my ferritin levels was 22 in two weeks it went 29 so try it people it might work for you too. And also she told me to let them soak in water for 24 hours before putting them in a blender with an orange after u blend them strain them then drink it but u must not have eaten before 2 hours and after u drink it 2 hours its preferred to take it first in the morning but i have sensitive stomach so i take it in the middle of the day🤍
