Riri doesn't know everything that Tony has ever experienced 2. In Iron Man 1, the scraps in that cave were stark tech. 3. Tony would not be held captive by the Ten Rings if he wasn't the Billionaire Arms Dealer 4. Tony wouldn't be Iron Man if he wasn't captured by The Ten Rings 5. Tony created Iron Man mark 1 in that cave with those scraps, which was extremely rough and only used once. But once he was back home and at Stark industries, he finally had the resources to create a more realized Iron Man.Just like how Riri needed the resources provided by MIT to create the suit we see in Iron Heart episode one and from Wakanda to create the suit we see in Black Panther 2. 6. To say "If Tony wasn't a billionaire he'd become one" is beside the point, because that just means he'd be a billionaire, which is why he became Iron Man. 7. In Iron Man 3, we see him using more scraps that are actually normal things and not recycled Stark tech and guess what? he doesn't create an entire suit from it. His gadgets in that part of the movie are very DIY. if he'd had access to his money and resources, he'd be able to do a lot more. JUST LIKE RIRI. if she had access to money and resources, she'd be able to do a lot more.
