How do carbon rims perform in cobbly unstable roads? my home town i ride once or twice a year to is a nightmare to get to and im scared switching to carbon would just lead to an ultimate failure

Riding on the basic wheels on my Triban RC520 since I got the bike. I'm gonna participate in the Belgian Championship Gravel mid-august and on the verge of buying a second hand wheelset. PRD23 is their name, according to ChatGPT they are DT Swiss. Just need to get QR adaptors and I'm set. Opinions on these wheels?

One thing you missed if your a light rider don’t go super deep say if your 50kg I would recommend 50mm absolute max

Hookless is awesome, I’m constantly worried my tires are going to explode off the rim but the wheels are 50g lighter!

Ceramic bearings are not cost effective for 99% of riders. Maybe 2 watts better under ideal conditions…
