as an Asian if the RICE is not fermented we will not gonna use it yet- the nutrients are in the fermentation process..

I tried it and forgot to put it in the fridge to store it and left it for a few days and when I opened the smell actually knocked me back like it smelt like beg that had been sitting for a week

Guys you don’t need to use oranges just use rice water and you shouldn’t leave it out or refrigerated more than 3 days fyi also it works I’ve used it twice and the last 4 weeks just takes time if you look it up it explains what it stimulates for your hair!
