RECIPE; Mbuzi wet fry; 1kg mbuzi Lots of chopped onions Spring onions 1tbsp cooking oil Soy sauce / teriyaki sauce 1 royco cube Pinch of salt Parsley for garnish /i used green bell pepper. Preparation; In your pot add water, 2beef cubes, ginger & garlic paste to boil your Mbuzi/goat. Once tender, drain the rest of your stock set aside. In the same pot add your cooking oil, diced spring onions, chopped onions and stir. Reduce your heat to low. Add 1tsp of soy sauce/ teriyaki. Cover to simmer in about 5/10 minutes go in with your beef cubes and stir (you can add a tiny bit of beef stock) I chose not too!
