venting: I want to kick my stupid disorder in the *as bc it's getting bad again n I was doing fine n now.. I'm losing myself, I don't feel enough for anything or anyone so it triggers my flight response n ahhh I'm trying to force myself through it but tonight it hit bad.. I really need to start taking my meds again but I get too anxious bc I work 12hr shifts doing 3rds n I don't want them to keep me from functioning at work or driving bc when getting use to em or upping em I just get nauseous n dizzy n sometimes pain(fall to the floor type pain tummy no like it) once I'm use to em I have no problem but gotta get to that point again :/ the nightmares n paralysis is also back yippie ✌️ not to mention the hallucinations are more frequent again -fp- n I have to literally force myself to be at work n not leave early.. bc I have no other choice.. I just need a year off.. from everything stressful.. I want to be held but I keep running from open arms.. #bpd #cptsd
