I know the feeling because of PTSD, it makes it hard to deal with certain things and mostly puts me in a mental shutdown state that does weird things! Love what you do with her, I wish I had someone like this in my life

I too have FND. 2 years now. I wear loops everytime I leave the house. just the cheap ones from Temu. they have been my best and cheapest purchase since diagnosed

hey I use loop ear plugs when I go out and it helps I have cptsd as well as severe anxiety noise like shuts me down I can still hear my family just not the noise that triggers me hope this helps 💜
