another one a psychologist taught me, taking bad or thinking olbad or judging people will make u uglier and if u are constantly complementing people and thinking positively about other people you'll glow more and you actual appearance doesn't reall change but people just see you as more attractive even though they have no idea what ur thinking

I started eating breakfast the same exact breakfast every morning about seven months ago and it also changed my life. I lost weight. I’m more stabilized throughout the day. I don’t have tiredness. I eat oatmeal a scoop of peanut butter and a handful of berries every morning.
