In an interview with CNN's Jim Sciutto, Steve Goncalves say he's disappointed prosecutors didn't ask the victims' families for their input before moving forward. The deal means the death penalty is now off the table in exchange for Kohberger pleading guilty to all four murders. Goncalves says this is not justice.
