@smcleandecor: Lots of people ask me if there’s any videos I didn’t enjoy or regret making. It’s this one, I made it for all the wrong reasons and I didn’t make it for me. I was fairly new to the social media world and lessons were learned on this one #fyp #foryoupage #smcleandecor #painting #tips #viral #asmr

I agree with the process, but getting ppl to be happy with nearly 60 quid worth of paint for a small ceiling! Few & far between!

I get confused when to use Bin or bullseye 123, i painted a interior window sill and used bullseye 123 turned out rough with a single coat. Ive ordered some 240 grit sandpaper to hopefully smooth it out for the second coat because i dont think the second coat itself would smooth it out. Confusing what to use where tbh.

might try 123 instead of gardz on bathrooms as permawhite over gardz usually takes minimum 3 to 4 coats and kills me off

If you start your day with these 4 exercises, you’ll improve your blood flow and circulation! After a night of sleeping or sitting for long periods, your circulation naturally slows down. Gentle movement helps your muscles act like a pump, encouraging blood to return to your heart and improving circulation throughout your legs. Try these 4 exercises: ✅ Mini squats: 2 sets of 10 ✅ Seated heel raises: 2 sets of 10 ✅ Standing heel raises: 2 sets of 10 ✅ Ankle pumps: 20 repetitions per foot 💡 Why these work: • Mini squats activate the large muscles in your hips and thighs, helping promote circulation while also improving lower body strength for everyday activities. • Seated heel raises gently activate your calf muscles, often called your “second heart” because they help pump blood back toward your heart. • Standing heel raises increase the challenge by having you support your body weight while strengthening your calves and improving balance. • Ankle pumps keep your ankles mobile and help move blood through your lower legs, making them especially helpful after prolonged sitting or first thing in the morning. ⚠️ Safety: Perform these slowly and with control. Hold onto a sturdy counter or chair if you feel unsteady, and stop if you experience dizziness, chest pain, or unusual pain. ⬆️ Progression: • Increase the number of repetitions. • Hold the heel raise at the top for 2–3 seconds. • Progress mini squats into deeper squats or add light resistance. • Perform standing heel raises on one leg if appropriate. ⬇️ Regression: • Make the mini squat smaller. • Perform heel raises while seated. • Reduce the number of repetitions and take breaks as needed. ✨ Just 3–5 minutes of movement each morning can help reduce stiffness, improve circulation, and prepare your body for the day ahead.
