It’s called a ghost swing door, I deal with problem every day doing warranty work, just tap out the hinge pins you can start with one prop it down on concrete take a hammer and bend the hinges slightly tap it back in repeat process until door is done swinging open. You guys are welcome

Pull the pin about half out of hinges, hit it with a hammer to bend it a little and it stops the door from moving! Your welcome

That is NOT how you fix a door! First and foremost the door and frame should have been level when it was first installed. If the door is sticking or swinging open it's because the frame is not level and plumb. Taking the frame apart and re-installing it correctly is the REAL way to fix it. Using this tool will "fix" it by bending the hinges. Bend the hinges too far or too many times and you won't have a fixed door, you'll have a broken hinge. But you do you Boo Boo. Buy one, don't buy on, Whatever.

Hinge benders for commercial and residential doors is a must. As a locksmith for 40 years they are the best.
