Use can can of cheddar cheese, a can of fiesta nacho cheese soup, splash of milk, some sour cream, salsa, diced chicken throw in a tortilla throw some shredded cheese on top and bake. Pretty tasty

You need to talk to the boomer generation 😆 My parents mixed it with broccoli or cauliflower to make a side dish with roast. Also... any and every casserole that calls for a cheese sauce base

this is random, but they have changed their recipe - reducing cheese and removing mustard extract. It's supposedly much thinner now vs the 1990s and even pre COVID

we add pace salsa to make nacho cheese sauce.like a cup or so. ground beef, Pico, avacado and chips makes it alright.

I used to use it for fiesta baking dish. in layers. refried beans. Taco meat. cheddar cheese soup undiluted. 2 cans. shredded cheese. top with sliced slices. foil it. bake it 350 for like 20ish min till cheese is melted and bubbly. then eat w tortilla chips sour cream salsa.

So the enchilada recipe they have used to use cheddar soup instead of cream of chicken. I prefer them that way. You mix salsa in the soup.
