It reacts with the oils in your skin which makes the product clump like that. That’s why it doesn’t work on a strawberry, or if u wash ur face 3 times before. If your skin actually came up like that you’d be red raw and your skin would likely hurt to touch

It is the product rolling up. Because if you wash your face well first and then use it, it doesn’t do this. It’s reacting to the oils on your face.

It doesn’t work I done it a number of time in a row and the product kept on rolling up, and if you have noticed the black one is black clumps and the white one is white clumps it’s nothing from your skin
