Cops told my abuser to move back into the house because his name is still on it. Then got mad at me for living with the abuser and having to call again when an abuse happened.

so if it did expire till July 31, then she had till 12 midnight to put new plates on. and if the vehicle was not on the road after 12:01 Aug 1 there's was no way he should of stopped her mom. he even said it was now July 31.
