Idekkkkkkkkk :

Well ur at costco everything is expensive there

🖤 :

Girl you getting salmon. Salmon is expensive 😭 and bc youre buying bulk most of that is perishable in less than 1 month or 2. I buy a whole tub of oatmeal to make overnight oats super nutritious and delish and thats like 4 dollars for me. Its the way you meal plan. 3 taylor farm salads ? 😭 girl just buy a whole head of lettuce or bag of kale. Starbucks coffee sis that is not a need make fruit juices and add a little bit of chia. More fiber ! Fiber is what keeps you full. You can easily find affordable brands with less ingredients more nutrition. Rice and roasted veggies are always great. Meal prep !! I meal prep on Sundays and then again on wednesdays. Chicken and beef can stretch so much. 9/10 what makes a meal nutritious is the oils its cooked in. I used olive and avacado oil. 5 dollars at aldis or sometimes it’s on sale. Coupons ! Alot of household products is where tou save money like laundry detergent, toothpaste, etc. You can save big money on that.

We spend like $60-$100 tops a week. Cook from scratch. Veggies, fruits, rice, beans, potatoes and meat/chicken, fish. You spend too much on pre packaged foods
