@explorewithbrendan: I just wanted to thank everyone that braved an interesting looking weather forecast and gloomy skies on Saturday morning to join me and my wonderful guest speaker @trigs_and_teeth for a great day in the Peak District National Park with the #ColumbiaHikeSociety @Columbia Sportswear Europe 🥾 The weather actually ended up being the perfect hiking weather and I even ended up with a touch of sunburn, so it was nice to top the tan up for the summer ahead with this lovely lot. 🥵😅 As well as bagging two Ethel’s that are both County Tops we learned all about Trigs and some interesting facts about the area from Emily who runs @peakoutdoorcoaching she’s local to the area and runs some great hiking related events in and around the Peak District as well as across the UK and abroad so you should definitely check out her page if you want to join her community or get some navigation training. 🥳 Enjoy this reel recap of the day!
