400, 800, 1500, 2000, 3000 wet and dry sand paper. Start from lowest grit to highest and then use a headlight polish. I have photos of before and after.

don't polish them, they will just do it again. Go buy some 800 grit water and dry sand paper and a can of 2k clear, sand them back and clear coat them, that will last forever. if unsure of the process just google it.

buy new headlights, you'll forever be polishing them. once they begin to oxidise doesnt matter how good you polish it will always come back

There’s kits for em, like $10-$15 I paid for one of them. The other one cost around $60 but uses a drill so much faster

Get a panel shop to sand and clear coat them properly and you won’t need to do them again polish only last a few months

Don’t polish them. Get them cleared out. They will last a lot longer. The UV in the clear will protect them

🤔 i use 3m headlight restoration compound, and a buffer. that stuff has a uv protectant in it.... its pretty easy, you gots this!

I'd use cutting compound and an electric buffer, see how you go first depends how bad they are. only because if you use sandpaper alot to clean headlights then you'll eventually over fair few years need new headlights.

You can get a polishing kit from Repco. I got and done mine last year. You will able to do it yourself.
