That’s messed up! If that guys skin was any other color, this would have ended much differently.He resisted , assaulted an officer (punched in the head multiple times) he had an officer in a headlock/C-hold. What gives? We are all equal and should have the same set of protocols. They were easier on this guy than some of the traffic stops I’ve watched.

To many cops relying on tasers vs just going hands on. That taser isn’t that effective, clearly. Get that dude on the ground and deliver strikes to the kidneys and perenaial nerve. Until back up arrives. If someone wants to fight the cops they should have consequences that they remember.
