Talk amongst yourselves: The prison in the Everglades breaks article 8 of the US Constitution. There is no a/c in the tents. No fresh water (it all has to be brought in). No roads in or out. It is in the 90 degree range about 190 days of the year. There are major insects (its a swamp) that carry disease, alligators, crocodiles, and several poisonous and constrictor style snakes. Its cruel and unusual punishment.
