It’s the pressure+ cold! They sell some bands that you can put in the freezer and then apply. For me the cold really helps, I always put ice on my head when I have migraine

never heard of that one, but getting caught up on water intake beats it, stretching beats it, the headache isn't from your head but your nerves and muscles in the neck and feet.
