I had preventative treatment. I had Colon cancer. I had 3 tumours in my large bowel when were removed and as a precaution I had 6 months chemo. that was tablet form not IV so I didn't have too many side affects. Just had dry skin and a few lumps and bumps. didnt have to shave my legs or armpits either! preventative treatment does not mean someone didn't have cancer.

No one tells you about the fatigue or the symptoms the TREATMENT itself causes. We weren’t warned about chemo brain for example. It doesn’t end with “remission”
