Raised in Pikeville. My grandfather was a City Commissioner for years. Sadly it is FAR from what it used to be. I am not surprised Pikeville and Prestonsburg are high on the list. Police arrest them, they get slaps on the wrist and turned loose again. There's a "treatment center" on every corner which are literally just drug houses controlled by the government, pharmaceutical companies, and run by doctors getting rich hand over fist. "Patients" sell what they get for other, harder things. The treatments treat nothing but the drug trafficking and funding. BTW, I-75 isn't close to Pikeville.

It’s because we have a useless governor who thinks Kentucky only consists of Louisville and Lexington. The rest of the state can go to hell for all he’s concerned. The state needs jobs, not more exclusive horse farms.

We not gonna add the Williamsburg plastics on too? They pass around drugs in there like crazy all day everyday and I’d say the only reason Ky has its horrible moment with drugs is bc Whitley has a population of 31k whuch also makes up some of Corbin even tho Corbin’s population is only like 9k or lower
