@izzie.miller: I’m so grateful for moments like this, that remind me how much pain we are capable of feeling as humans. However just as we can feel an incredible amount of pain, we can just as easily feel incredible amounts of joy, peace and love! The only difference is the way that you use your mind. The pain you have for something right now, CAN be used in an empowering way to become your purpose or passion, helping others to not experience the same level of pain you did, or to find a way out of it 🙌 So for me, Dean Lewis will always remind me of a time where it felt as though my whole world had fallen apart, where I felt as though I was floating, but also debilitated on the floor as well. Where the future I’d been so excited for, vanished in an instant, and I didn’t even know what was true about my past either. That instability led me to a place where I discovered that I can create stability for myself, that can be maintained regardless of what goes on around me. That my whole world doesn’t have to crumble because of someone or something - I get to decide 😊 I hope that if you’re going through a tough time, this helps you start to see another side to the pain 💛 #grief #painrelief #selflove #healed
