To all the people struggling with this right now. I strongly believe that you don't have to feel this way. Knocking at your door with his arms out wide is our saviour, Jesus Christ. I know you may not be into this Jesus thing or anything but I say just give it a try. I'm not forcing religion onto you, you can choose to keep reading or not. When I went through a phase like this, I just couldn't find myself and I was stuck in this depressive state. But God met me where I was and I was exposed to a whole new meaning to my life. I felt this peace in me I have never felt before, a peace that assures you that everything will be okay because God has it all under control. Accepting God doesn't mean that all your problems go away, it helps you to understand why they happen. God is shaping you into a person who is capable for your breakthrough in your life. So keep going. Keep staying near God as he promises peace and rest. Remember that God will always be guiding you through your hardships so trust In him. If you made it here, I appreciate you for taking the time to read this. I hope this gave you hope in life again and remember, Jesus loves you.

And the worst thing is that depression has symptoms like "Alexithymia" and "Anosognosia". A person because of these symptoms can no longer recognize his illness (like depression), and does not understand what he feels.
