An even longer sentence like “what’s this about?” may inform the AI better in how to clone your voice. So, unknown number? Silence. Let them talk first, and if it’s not a call you were expecting, hang up.

Nvr pickup any unknown incoming calls not from my phonebook. Scammers can use AI voice changer to sweet talk u or AI voice clone u in 3 secs!! Just reject and block all unknown incoming calls.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. In fact my voicemail message clearly states that and goes on to say if the caller really needs to speak to me they must leave a message & I will return their call. I rarely get voicemail messages 😂

They don't need a recording of you saying "yes". If they give a recording of you saying a few words to an AI, it can create fake soundtracks of you saying anything. For example, this video with your voice can be used for that.
