Yea literally contractions can get so bad and you feel like u cant breathe to your full capacity like i always tried to breathe in fully and could only manage half a breath. Think breathing practice is so essential

I went i to preterm labor, 6 weeks early, on Tuesday and this video came too late 😅 we had the baby yesterday, I was so intensely exhausted from them stopping labor but then having to induce, I could not relax and breath into the contractions. I was fighting them. Ended up choosing the epidural specifically because I kept fighting. Exhaustion is not a friend during labor! it was a crazy experience but it all worked out. I definitely bore down and didnt breath but my midwife coached me out of it, thank God! Beautiful baby girl on the 4th of July 🥰🥰🥰

Love what you’re doing but pleaseeee stop starting your videos with “do not have a baby until..” it’s honestly so degrading for those having a baby for the first time. Every single person experiences are different and should not be told to “have a baby until” sending this message with love 💌

whenever a contractions comes near I panic alot and can't do anything i can't even breath 😩😩😩this is my 3rd pregnancy hopefully by October I'll practice my breathing techniques ❤️❤️❤️
