I hav 2 of these type units,they work nice u have to make a Plat form with a lip put it on it so it doesn't roll off to set it above plane of the base of the window where the water condensation hose comes out drill a whole in that window spacer to run the hose out it or u gotta do the bucket system and u can't leave th ac on for ur pets more than bout 5 hours or the bucket fills and floods ur house if u don't get home in time ...
