When I saw this on my FYP and read so many good reviews, so I didn’t think twice about ordering it. But when I got the serum foundation and tried it, the smell was really bad!!!!! like kanal or something bulok. I tried it again the next day, and the smell was still the same. I’ve been reaching out to loreal customer service every day for 2 weeks , morning, afternoon, and evening, but I only get automated replies. No real person has responded. I even commented on their live, and the live sellers were nice and said they’d raise it, but still nothing until now. I used their Infallible foundation back in college and loved it, that’s why I wanted to try this one. But honestly, the smell is just too much 🤮. I hope someone from their team finally notices this and reaches out.
