I’m have an appointment with my GP tomorrow as I believe I have adhd I’ve completed anon line assessment which indicates I have severe symptoms.❤️

This is what happened to me aged 47, my life fell apart. I can no longer do my job and a lifetime of masking and coping mechanisms just fell away. Do not recommend, if you suspect, get diagnosed before perimenopause x

I'm in peri-menopause and have been since 33. 34 now and still waiting. my gynaecologist wasn't even surprised I'm going through it early as apparently he's noticed this pattern where many ADHD/ autistic women go into it early as well as beginning their periods quite early too! its so strange but interesting

Looking forward to listening to this. And can I say I LOVE how quickly the chat back and forth is- so many discussions for AuDHD/ADHD are ironically slow and peripatetic. My brain literally implodes with slow circular chat 😬🙌🏻
