He was caught with the phone in hand. The judge said it. The Deputy never said he was writing a citation. The judge was in the wrong all day long. The judge needs a phone from his boss!! He was having a bad hair day!!!

Now he knows how the citizens feel. We see law enforcement speeding without lights and sirens. We see law enforcement talking on their phones. We see law enforcement do lots of things that we get ticketed for. I’m sick of the double standard. This judge wouldn’t have been pulled over if there wasn’t tension between him and law enforcement. He would have gotten the good ole boy nod.

WV State Troopers are the WORST for being on the phone. I live near HQ and I rarely pass one that ISNT on the phone

what's going to stop law enforcement from using our phones when they're off duty because nature of habit they will do the same thing they do in their cruiser that they would do in the general public was going to stop them from acting out same way
