almost 15 years old but only worked 4 years... multipurpose center has R52 million budget in 2005... they've only erected a fence and gave sasol fuel station a piece of land then they built a mini park worth less than R500k. behind Tembisa hospital there are units that are just seating there and criminals are using them fir different crimes and they are being vandalized 😏😏😏. what's wrong with these so called leaders
