As a true Belgian frying my own fresh fries loved by everyone: this is too much! Don’t boil them. Fry first on lower temperature, let cool then fry them on higher temp. no aditives! Ad salt and perfect 👌

I personally hate reheated potatoes. tripple cooked are the worst way to have potatoes, changes the internal texture to disgusting imo.
