Clinics are full, no employment, nurses are not paid enough and short staffed due to unemployment. Government workers don’t even go to government hospitals and clinics it’s easy for them to talk 🗣️

The South African Human Rights Commission's position lacks both legal and logical foundation. If the SHRC genuinely believes foreign nationals are entitled to taxpayer-funded healthcare, it should demonstrate this conviction by immediately reallocating its entire operational budget to the National Department of Health. Empty virtue-signaling cannot be used by the SHRC to override Constitutional priorities or the strained financial realities faced by the Department of Health.
