@herbifoods: Vegan Souvlaki 🇬🇷🔥 ⠀ RECIPE - 300 g oyster mushrooms - 300 g button mushrooms - 3 tbsp olive oil - 4 garlic cloves - 2 lemons, juiced - 1 tbsp oregano - 2 tsp cumin - salt - black pepper ⠀ Greek salad: - 1 cucumber - bunch of tomatoes - 1 red onion - kalamata olives - vegan feta - fresh mint - white wine vinegar ⠀ Serve with: - Fresh pita - Tzatziki - Greek salad ⠀ ❶ Combine mushrooms with all ingredients for the marinade, so the mushrooms are well coated. ❷ Skewer the mushrooms. Let them rest for at least 1 hour for the best flavor. ❸ Cook on a grill or very hot pan until nicely charred. ❹ Serve with fresh pita, tzatziki and a greek salad.
