If you steep peach tea in the milk/cream along with the purée it may help enhance the peachy flavour! I’ve done this with mangos and strawberries and it’s delicious!

If its not tasting peachy enough, try cooking down some or all of the peaches – I can peaches every summer and the canned ones often taste "peachier" than fresh just bc the cooking process pulls out the sweetness a bit more
