as an alum, i’m disgusted. pitt is literally built on diversity… it’s truly one of the most diverse campuses you can find anywhere. kids come from ALL over to get a foundational and fantastically well rounded education. i’m saddened.

The whole point of DEI is inclusivity in the workplace yet in itself they’re hiring people off of ethnicity versus merit. How does that make any sense? if someone’s talented at something who cares about their ethnicity??
