He could have handled himself a little better … actually ALOT better … quite often the level of agitation of their suspects (remember: SUPPOSE to be treated like they are innocent until proven guilty - THEIR rule NOT ours) … all criminals are prone to over-reacting, however it seems like the more ego and aggression the officer approaches the situation with the WORSE the suspect reacts … it’s just sad watching people who have the utmost power and control CHOSING to be agressive when it’s not necessary in the slightest. I’m not saying I agree with this woman’s behaviour AT ALL - I’m simply appalled by how this officer conducted himself bc I find it incredibly unprofessional (he made zero attempt to explain what she was being asked to sign and why she was being asked to sign it OR what the consequences of not signing the document would be …. Unpopular opinion but ultimately I just find this kind of officer behaviour to be childish and unprofessional and paints a bad picture of how officers are suppose to act)

This cop handled all of this very poorly. Everything she is saying is fair. He allowed this to escalate by not providing her a detailed information on what he demanded her to sign. She should take them to court.
