Does leaking during pregnancy have any indicator on if your supply will be good or not? Last pregnancy I leaked constantly and was able to pump 12-15oz in the morning then 5-9oz every other pump after. This pregnancy I have had zero leaking so a bit worried my milk supply won’t be good or even appear 😩

I exclusively pumped for 2 years. I pumped for 40 mins using a double pump. The 2nd let down happened around 30 mins in. I was lucky and had a really decent supply. If I didn’t do 40 mins then I wouldn’t have made as much milk. Not saying it’s the same for everyone but for me 40 mins every pump session was my number 🥰

How strong should you have the pump? Also my milk is getting really hard to get out but I’m still getting roughly 40oz a day ( baby is bottle fed as she didn’t latch) also I’m 7.5weeks pp, is pumping 5-6 times a day enough, with my last pump at 10pm and then 4am the next one x

I've been pumping and bf for 3 months and every time I pump I only pump for 5 mins and get about 4oz off one side and I bf on the other, then I do the same thing 2 hours later xx

Thanks for this vid! 11 days pp and baby is exclusively BF, has lost weight at the last 3 weigh ins. Currently 8% loss so I’ve bought a pump to express to increase milk supply. Worried about pumping and not having enough milk to feed my baby when he wakes when I first start expressing. Xx
