Then add: 1/3-1/2 cup sweetener (I used allulose but coconut sugar works well too) and I give a range bc it just depends how sweet you like your desserts. 1 cup sifted chestnut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp sea salt Whisk until well combined, pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake for about 30 mins until set. Let cool and enjoy or top with a whipped cream or frosting of choice.
