Higher likelihood doesn't mean everyone will definitely have male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia) so don't worry too much guys. It usually starts in your late teens - early 20s and by 30, you'd see significant loss. If you've made it that far, you are likely good. You can preemptively use finasteride, which blocks DHT (requires a prescription but you can use an online service like Hims to get one), and minoxidil (OTC) to help with hair growth (I would suggest topically right to your scalp, like Rogaine or Hims foam or liquid drops, but Hims does offer a tablet form).
