Everything you’ve said I went through and eventually got diagnosed last year. The medication is life changing. I was also off for 2 weeks and noticed a huge difference. I thought i was going crazy and not disciplined at night bcs of my cravings. I’m proud of you and thank you for sharing bcs it’s truly a humbling journey with PCOS

Do you think the excessive dieting during competition also ruined your metabolism which makes it harder to lose weight now? I sometimes wonder if that is what happened to me, I was always in and out of a cut in my 20s. Then when I had kids in my early 30s I ballooned to a weight I’ve never been. I have lost 50lbs naturally & now considering using glp1 for the other 30lbs. Cause it has taken a long time. This time as well I don’t exercise like crazy, the most I do is walking daily.

Same I lost 60lbs in one year with pcos mostly on 7.5mg mounjaro if I go up to 10mg it makes me sick 😭
