try piriton bro and see if your symptoms improve after 1 HR I had same issue and was allergy to something new I'm now on anti allergy tablets forever lol

I used have the same issue I used zam zam. Alhamdulillah it’s gone. Try using zamzam with a cotton wool like eye drops and inshallah it should work
